Our Rules

Please read these before your first visit

ARRIVAL INFORMATION

• Please ensure you leave PROMPTLY at the end of your time slot and do not overrun.

• Please do not arrive early for your allocated time slot as you must not enter the Park until the previous hirer has vacated.

• Please do not bring more than two cars and do not take any vehicles onto the grassed area beyond the secure parking bay.

• If you are arriving on foot please do so via our driveway from Grooms Lane.  Please keep your dog on a lead until it is inside the park.  Please do not walk around the surrounding farmland. 

• Please note there are no toilet facilities on site. 

• Sorry we are unable to accommodate XL Bully Dogs even when muzzled at our Park.  We also do not allow  Pit bull terriers, Japanese Tosas, Dogo Argentinos or Fila Brazilieros.

USE OF THE PARK

• YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG/S.  Dispose of dog poo and litter in the bin provided.  Do not leave poo bags or toys in the park.

• Anyone found not cleaning up dog poo or leaving litter behind will be banned from using the Park again in the future.

• CCTV is in place to monitor the security of the park and also ensure our rules are adhered to.

• Never leave your dog/s unattended in the Park.

• Please do not allow your dog(s) to dig. If this occurs, holes must be filled in.

• Please do not leave food in the Park. Some dogs are on restricted diets.

• No grooming in the Park or in the parking area.

• No smoking or vaping permitted whilst on the property.

• Sorry no BBQs are allowed

• Maximum of three cars per booking.

• Children are welcome to enter to park but do so at the customer’s own risk and must be accompanied by an adult.

• The Park is to be used as an area for the hirer to train or exercise dogs only. 

• Subletting of the Park is not permitted.

• Please do not tie your dog/s up to the fence or gate etc.

• Please report any damage to us as soon as reasonably possible.

DOG WELFARE

• Please make sure your dog/s are fully vaccinated and treated against worms and fleas.

• Please seek the advice of your vet prior to using the Park if your dog has underlying medical issues.

• SICKNESS: You must not bring any dogs to our park if they are unwell, are vomiting or have diarrhoea

• KENNEL COUGH: You must not bring your dog to your booking if they have been in contact with another dog that has kennel cough as it is highly infectious.

• BITCHES IN SEASON: Bitches in season cannot use the Park.

OTHER RULES

• We do not accept any liability for any accident, injury or misadventure to property, persons or animals, however caused when using this facility.

• The person who made the booking must be present and ensure anyone accompanying them adheres to our rules
